Handmade Art and Textiles

20 New prints
I'm launching 9 new hand made linocuts and 11 screenprints. The linocuts were really good fun and interesting extension of my graphic work. They are all hand carved and hand printed by me on quality cotton paper. I have mainly used Hahnemuhle 150g that has a warm textured feel. All the prints will vary a bit In detail and ink density but they all have their qualities. If you want to see them in Oslo try my Gallery Oslonowhere or the shop Toomanyprints. Thank you for visiting. Yours Børge Bredenbekk.

Drawing Technique
This is a recent inverted drawing in the same series as "Arctic Fauna" from a while ago. The original drawing is 60x80cm and made with charcoal and oil based pencils. Then its photographed, inverted and retouched it in Photoshop getting it ready for print as a high quality art print. A lot of my drawn prints are made using this technique.
Printing Techniques
Most of my graphic art is Screen Printed, these are hand pulled signed and numbered. I also make hand carved and printed linoprints on cotton paper, these will vary in color density and detail. Riso prints are printed on an old machine and each print may vary slightly from the online presentation. Some graphic art is also letterpress print on an old Heidelberger press. My drawn art is reproduced as high quality digital prints on Hahnemühle 270g paper. Most of these are in larger editions and they are color correct and will not fade. Some are also open editions. That means there are no specific number sold and they are not numbered.
